Thank you all for your comments about N-Fusion, they help us improve the system to make it even better. We’ve been working night and day to keep up with everything and we think you’ll be excited about the new upgrades. Here are the results from your comments:
· You can now get create external project views to share specific records from the Data Center or files from the Document manager. This increased functionality also signifies the beginning of a completely new module to make for more efficient project management.
· A new disk space indicator has been added to show you exactly how much space on the server you have left.
· The Document Manager also underwent a few user interface and work flow changes which will make it easier to manage thousands of documents
· We’ve just added a new feature to the Relational Database functionality within the Data Center Manager which will enable you to quickly identify a relational field. Fields that are used to link to another Data Center will now be underlined, click the link to be directed to the Data Center record.
· Within the Data Center, the field type 'Date' has been expanded to include Year & Month (08/2003) to make grouping and sorting by month easier.
· The View section includes two new functions:
o Increased permission functionality will help keep the Data Center table a bit smaller and also enable confidential or irrelevant information hidden from public view.
o A new Duplicate function and icon have been added to make configuring View details a faster.
· In the Task module we’ve added a new Project List and Category List function to give you more flexibility in creating, managing and navigating Project and Category Lists.
· There’s also a new Save & Add button that you’ll find throughout the site helps when you have several records, tasks, documents or events that you want to add into into your system.
· Advanced Search has been added so that now you can query using a customized search matrix which will return better query results.
· Forgot your password? This new function will securely return your password to your email account in a matter of seconds. |
